What this site is

Trusted Play Guide is an independent information site for players in Malaysia. We write explainers on the mechanics that decide whether a withdrawal succeeds: wagering requirements, game contribution rates, KYC checks, deposit rails such as FPX and DuitNow, and the return-to-player figures behind slot machines.

We are not an operator. We do not accept deposits, hold player funds, or take wagers.

Why we exist

Most complaints we read are not really about luck. They are about a rule the player never saw: a turnover multiplier applied to deposit plus bonus rather than bonus alone, a maximum-bet clause, a game that contributed ten per cent instead of one hundred, or a verification document requested only at withdrawal time.

Those rules are usually published. They are rarely explained. That gap is what we write into.
